Website content disappears when plugins activated
-
Hello,
a few weeks ago I realized my plugins are not working and I left a message in the forum here, but never got a response. By now, I realized that when my plugins are activated the content from my website disappears and only the menu structure remains. The plugins are also not working. Of course I tried to update lay theme and all plugins, but so far nothing helped. I also reinstalled the plugins and re-entered the license key, cleared the cache and did everything I could come up with.
I would be really grateful for some support.
Best,

" I left a message in the forum here, but never got a response. "
I'm sorry this happened your thread must have gotten past me!

Talk soon Nike & once again sorry that my support failed you originally

Dear Nike
@Nike-D
Somehow two versions of Lay Theme existed within your theme directory, an updated version 3.9.2 and an older version 2.2.2. The older version remained activated.
After deleting both and doing a fresh re-install of the most recent version, activating your plugins now works! 🌝
Please test and let me know if all is working correctly.
Best wishes Nike and thank you for supporting Lay Theme

Dear Nike
@Nike-D
Sorry that this happened, the jump from version 2.2.2 - 3.9.2 must have come with changes. Im really sorry i didn't foresee this ( i assumed the Gridder would remain the same) . Did you have any backup's or the plugin "updraft"? if not you will have to re-order the layout, i'm very sorry.
Apologies for not seeing this Nike 😔
Sincerely
Richard
