make menu over content

hello! I'm trying to set a fixed menu over the content on each page.
everytime the menu overlaps the images, it should change its opacity.
The icon on the top left is the site icon. and whenever u click on it should show the menu 100& opacity again (like a lightbox?) like this:HEEEEEELP!! would truly appreciate!!!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
