Website loading on mobile

Hi, i have an issue to load the mobile version at the first entry and i need to refresh the browser several times to access. After the website is loaded once, all runs properly at normal loading times. I tried it with deactivating the intro without success. In my hosting i updated to the latest PHP version, theme, plugins and addons are up to date. Any recommendation what could cause this issue?

I'm not having any issue loading your website first time on Mobile/Safari.

What browser and setup are you using - maybe i can test better then 🌝

Hi, thanks for the check. I am using safari on iphone 11 and 13pro, but also heard the feedback from others as i published the release on Instagram. Yesterday it seemed to work properly, this morning it’s the same issue without changing anything on the site. Maybe it’s a problem with my host?

Strange 🤔still unable to recreate the issue when viewing first time (this test was on the Iphone 13 Pro, loaded beautifully ) :

Is there any other way you can think of that may help me test these errors?
