Text Footer Button is missing

Hello! :)
I would like to place a text footer as done in this example: https://laytheme.com/documentation/gridder-elements.html#text-footer
unfortunately this function is not available in my menu. What can I do?

I can confirm that there should be:
I assume you need to upgrade to version 4.1.8 if you have not already. This can be done via > Appearance > Themes >

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
