    Good evening everyone.
For some time now there has been a malewere that continues to create categories and projects for me.
I tried any anti malewere plug-in to remove it, but I couldn't.
I ran a scan for malewere via my hosting, but it says nothing is there.
Would anyone know how to point me to the best solution to solve this problem? A thousand thanks

      Dear @micheleiacca

Sorry that you are experiencing Malware.
I guess it would be important to know whether it was living within the Theme itself or Wordpress.

I say this because i can provide new (clean) files of the Theme and any Addon you need. I would suggest sending an email to:

      licensekeys@laytheme.com

With your License key and you will be given all the necessary downloads.
You can then delete the Theme and Addons and re-install them to make sure. (doing this will not delete your project content).

I fear that the Malware may be deeper in your Wordpress, in which case i wont be able to help except suggest you delete your Wordpress and start the website again. I hope this is not needed and you can find out where the Malware is.

Are you able to talk to your Webhost for support as well?

      Best wishes šŸŒ

I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.

          Before you post:
          1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
          2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
          3. Disable all Plugins
          4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

          When you post:
          1. Post a link to where the problem is
          2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
          3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
