Project Arrows does not apper in customize

Hello, I am working on 3 websites with laytheme, and I want to use project arrows on one of them, but the one I want to use does not show the option for project arrows in Customize. I tried with one of other, it works. is it kind of bug? thank you.

Hey kame!

To make the project arrows options show up in the customizer first make sure you have "Show arrows in projects for navigation" activated in "Lay Options". Now in the customizer you need to be inside a project to make the "project arrows" panel appear. I hope that helps!

i have the same problem. I tried to activate and deactivate Show arrows in Lay Options but the menu in Customize does not appear. Any suggestion?

Hey franz, are you sure when you are in the customizer, you are then going inside a project? The preview area is where you see your website right? There, click a project thumbnail that leads you to a project. Then the panel should show up.

Hey franz, I remember there is this bug that will be fixed for the next update. Please go to your customizer and change any value anywhere and then click save. Then go to the customizer again and now the project arrows should appear when you go inside a project! :/

yes, I tried also going inside a project & switch something and save & re-open the Customizer, but still not working.
I will try again. Is possibile to override the function via css or so? I simply need to change the image.

I updated Theme & Addons, activated arrows, than inside a project I switched something and saved & re-opened the Customizer, deleted the bowser cache... but... project arrows does not appear.

Hey can you please update your lay-theme to version 2.0.8 and update all of your lay theme addons too?

Then please go inside the customizer. In the preview area first the frontpage is shown. The panel for "project arrows" is probably hidden here, because when the frontpage is not a project itself, then there are no project arrows on that page.

Now if you navigate to a project inside the preview area of the customizer, the "project arrows" panel should show up on the left.

If that doesn't work you can send me your wordpress admin panel login data to armin.unruh@gmail.com with a link to your website and a link to this topic for reference.

@arminunruh YES! If I navigate in the Customizer inside a project it works! Before I assumed that I only needed to open the Customizer from a project.

Hi, i got the same problem. Also the arrows dont appear at all anymore even though i have the option ticket on in the lay options. Also if i navigate into a project through customizer it does not help. The theme is also updated to the latest version.

what can i do?
