sorting order by tags in project index
-
hey
each of your projects only has one tag.
if a project had multiple tags these tags would appear one after the other within one line like:10,70, 30
reordering the tags would cause them to appear in a different order like:
70, 10, 20
i see you're using numbers for your tags. the order of projects is correct when you use tags consisting of letters but with numbers it doesn't work, i'm going to fix this now.

will be fixed with the next update
-
yes it is fixed

can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

hi armin, sorry, it works with the ordering by numbers. but the reordering by drag and drop still doesnt work …
it would be much less complicated if you had also the option to simply drag and drop the ordering. but i know that everything is always much easier to say ;)anyway, thank you very much!

hey susan!
that sorting is for when your project has multiple tags
so lets say one project has the tags 100,12,67
now by ordering the tags you'd be able to see
12, 100, 67 next to the project titlebut ordering tags wont do anything for you because you only have one tag per project
i think what you want is for the project index to be sorted by tag from the start
right now the project index will be sorted by year always
i need to create an option for this -
ah lol i already created an option for this
look you need to have that setting like this and then it should work:
this will sort the project index by tags alphanumerically from the get go
but sorting the tags in the filter tab will only have an effect of the order of tags in the tags part of the rows of the project if there are multiple tags listed for one project
