Remove Favicon

Hi there, I was wondering if is it possible remove the favicon from Lay Theme. I mean is there a possibility to do not show it on the browser's tab?
I'd like to have just the page's name on the tab

Perhaps like editing the theme?

go to "customize" and find the section "favicon"

@metapublishing Hi did it work for you? When I remove the current favicon it just shows the standard wordpress logo for me.
