what i could do is just:

you activate an option in "lay options"
    "activate templates"

then you have a new post type "templates"

in there you can create template pages.
then when u create a new page / news / project

you can just choose from one of the templates. then you grid is replaced with the content of the template.

then you can edit the content of your page.

that'd be a pretty basic approach, do you think that would work for you?

Yes, that would be exactly what I and my clients need.

The thing is that we always have to create new pages / news / projects, but they should always be created in a prefabricated gridder layout (once created and defined by me), so that only the texts and images have to be changed by the client.

How would your suggestion be adapted for multilingual pages?

      Thanks, Fabi

@fabiandraxl This is a good idea and would certainly be easier for when your client would like to make a new page themselves. My workaround just now is I just duplicate a page multiple times I've already designed and laid out so it's all ready for them to go and just need to edit the text, images, change the title and publish it.

            @fabiandraxl ah cool!

haha yeah, Polylang is a great plugin but I think unless you have the pro version it can be quite limited.

                Hej @arminunruh

Polylang works great for us in the frontend, without any problems. But when creating and duplicating new entries there are problems in the backend.

I have created a short video to show you the problem and the feature request for template:

                https://www.dropbox.com/s/42iibt6n975xv7u/Bildschirmvideo aufnehmen 2022-11-28 um 13.32.45.mov?dl=0

Please apologize for my bad english haha

                Thank you, Fabi

Where would I find this option? I can't find it in my v4.9.4 ...
