slow site even if following documentation instructions

Hello!
I finally finished my website. I followed your instructions on lay theme documentation to speed it up, but unfortunately I notice its still loading slow :(
All the images are loading slowly and my wp admin panel its even slower.
I am not very skilled on this topic, it's actually my first website, so any help or suggestion would be very appreciated

Then I have a second question. I bought the pro license and I expected to receive 3 different keys but I got just one, is this normal? Can I just share the same license key with a friend that wants to use it for his site?

@clelia-cadamuro hey clelia, your website loads pretty quickly for me - it doesn't seem slow at all. Also, the license key you got means the same key will work for three websites. Hope that helps a bit :)

can you talk to your webhost and ask why this might happen?
maybe its an issue with the server
