Unable to Update Add ons (plugins)

Hello, i am working on a New Project with Laytheme. For some Reason i can not update the Add Ons. Laytheme seems to be in the latest Version (Version: 5.2.4). I deactivated everything else. (See Screenshot from the Plugins Page). Because of the old Carousel Add On the Carosuel in the Layout dont appear.
i also reinstalled the Carousel Add On, still not possible to Update.I am happy for any Help. Please let me know if you need anything else. Website URL: https://bernerbluehen.ch/

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
