Mobile Video Background doesn't play

All of a sudden the background videos don't play anymore on MOBILE, desktop works fine.
It only shows the first frame of the video, but no playback.https://importexportperformance.com/
I'm pretty sure the error is not on my side because it was playing a few days ago and I haven't changed anything.
Any ideas?Best — Ben

make sure your phone does not have "low power mode" enabled
this prevents videos from playing on phones -

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
