Slideshow doesn't show up

Hi guys,

it seems like a bug, can you please have a look. At this install no slideshow shows up. I tried to update Carousel:
Check for updates -> A new version of this plugin is available. -> But I have no option to make the update. Maybe the new version would fix this issue.

PS: No custom CSS, theme should be the latest version, plugins are disabled.
