Missing "show multiple slides" feature in Carousel

I'm missing the important features "show multiple slides" in my Carousel addon. This is vital for me because it was the main reason why I purchased it.
Please help me out.

Also have a look at the screenshot.@philipbaz hey, you need to select, 'Fixed Height' and input a value like 100vh for the show multiple slides feature to work.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
