hey so today I worked on this and going to improve it a bit more tomorrow and then publish an update. the ninja forms plugin works already with that :)

Hi Armin,
thanks for installing the shortcodes!!

I tried to install a shortcode for the Ultimate Social Media Plus plugin, but it didn't work. The shortcode is as follows: [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS]
I am not quite sure what I did wrong. Does Laytheme not support this plugin?
And if not, how can I display an Instagram and Facebook button in an easy way??

thanks for the shortcodes option. i installed ninja forms but it's not showing up on the page. it's a simple 'subscribe to mail list – email input and submit button'. any suggestions?

Hey dani, Hm ah it seems I have a bug where shortcodes wont work in the footer but anywhere else they should work. Will fix that.
