clicking on an element with offset moves it

An element with an offset applied moves if you just click on it (without dragging). Every click moves the element one column further right.

if u update i think its fixed now! i cant reproduce this on the latest version

Before you post:

When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
Disable all Plugins
Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
