scroll position stays when changing from overview to project

I have the following problem: the scroll position stays when changing from overview to project.
When you scroll down on all projects (a category page) to choose a project and click it, the project page opens on the same scrolled down point where you left from the previous page. Is there something i can do or is this a bug within the theme? (for some reason in the customizer it works correctly – jumps to the top of the project page..)

scroll all the way down
turn this off

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
