need alittle help with finding the right html

So im looking to code the same startsite that is used here: https://bernard-boos.com/
The orange one that disappears when you click on it.I scrolled trough the html for the site but im too newbie to recognise whats the code for the orange startpage.
If there are anyone with more advanced-logic on html i would love if you would help me find the code for that part.
I found the site on laythemes display on "websited made with laytheme"

@mias hey, i'm pretty sure they are using the 'intro' feature which you can find in the 'customiser' in laytheme.

@mias no probs! if you go to, lay options > lay options > and tick the box to activate the intro then it should appear

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
