Image hover on project index isn't working

Hi there,
I am not sure if it's possible or need a little more code work, but I purchased the image hover addon thinking it would work for a project index.

yea the setting to enable it is in the project index style tab im sure you found it!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
