"load more" news feature not working

The load more news feature is not working when I set the news to display entire post.
here is the link, I'd like it to show 3 latest posts and ask if you would like to load more

Thank you for taking the time to listen to our ideas and needs, and investing time in lay theme to make it work for all of us.
For myself- the format of the theme is the market leader in similar services, and the support and forum between user and developer is nothing like any other provider.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
