mobile menu gap when scrolling

Hey all,
Running into an issue where the mobile menu background cuts off when scrolling. This happens in both Chrome and Safari because the browser URL bar at the bottom goes away.
I can't figure out how to get the menu background to fill the full screen. Any help is appreciated!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
