Thumbnail Overview?
-
Hey Armin!
Is it possible/wouldnt it be nice to be able to arrange alle pics in a single project in an additional row and set that row as e.g. first or last row? I mean like a 4x5 pattern if there are like 20 pics in a project, not just all of them next to each other.I love the addons but there is no way to have an complete overview with thumbs to see the total of what images a project actually contains.
Or maybe i am missing something?Keep up the great work!
Cheers

hey seb!
Hm ok, so you want to add all images of a project inside a row so you have an overview. But you don't want them next to each other. Well well I have thought about maybe improving the gridder so you can do something like this: http://packery.metafizzy.co/ (on the left side "Draggable Masonry layout"). I think that can be nice to arrange things. That will take some time to code :D -
Hey Armin!
Yes that would be super neat. I figured esp. as a photographer it would be quite decent for clients or other visitors to be able the see a project overview with small thumbs showing all images of a project.Since im using the fullscreen slider addon, this seems not to be possible since only one row is displayed at a time. For now, im composing a pattern-like overview and place it as a single pic in one row at the end of a project, but it is not ideal. example here: http://sebastianlock.de/haselnussernte/
Maybe i am missing something :) Anyway, that would be super neat and i think i would not be the only one finding this absolutely helpful.
thanks so much, cheers from nuremberg

Mh ye i understand what you are saying. So far I have only worked on this for project thumbnails. My new programming partner and me are now restructuring all the code of the gridder, so this will take some time :/
