Hi,
I have always wondered, how do you make your website to scroll these smoothly[bit slower than usual]? [https://www.sollertennisclub.com/ for example]
I'm seeing these scroll effect being very popular.

not sure, maybe u can read about how to use it on the website and try it out, i think you need to use some javascript

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
