Mp4 video on intro

Hi,

Can anyone advise how to make MP4’s work on site intro?

They work everywhere else on my site but when I use them on the intro feature, just appear as a blank screen. Anyone know why would be a big help.

@arminunruh i remember you logged into my account a while ago to make the MP4’s load correctly. Is this something you could do for the intro? Or is there something I can change in the lay options? Please let me know

do u have the website url?
did you try exporting the mp4 video with the app handbrake as a h264 mp4?

Yes, I always use handbrake. No problem anywhere else on the site. Only the intro
