Mouseover on mobile not working

Hello guys, i am working on our company website, and we are using Lay Theme. We have a projects page where we have the main pictures of our porjects and when you mouseover the pictures the name of the project apears. It works great on desktop version. We just started to work on the mobile version and i manage to make it work, but somehow the text now disapeared and i cant find a way to bring it back up. When it worked, it was only on chrome and not in safari for example. Can someone help me out? i am a bit lost and dont know what to do anymore.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
