Image hover $pluginname deprecrated

Hello,
after a new installation of Lay theme and Image hover as the only plugin I get the following error message sticking on top of the wordpress dashboard(shortened out the path):
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property PluginUpdateChecker_2_0::$pluginName is deprecated in /.../wp-content/plugins/laytheme-imagehover/plugin_update_check.php on line 60Is this a addon bug or a hosting error?

ah its just a deprecation warning of some code

u can just hide warnings with that settingits not an error its just more of a warning
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
