carousel addon settings can't be changed and saved

Hi,

I am trying to change the carousel settings. But when I unclick the "show numbers" box and then click "save changes", it doesn't save. Nothing happens. When I switch back to the carousel addon options the box "show numbers" is clicked again. It seem the lay options on the carousel are not responding.

I clear the cache. Disable/reabled addons. Custom CSS are off.

in lay options → carousel addon

activate both show numbers and show captions

in the spacing fields like space top space left space right;
make sure no values are negative, with a - sign
then saving should work
