Website is unrensponsive

My Website is unresponsive on mobil and safari since today, yesterday it was still working, I changed nothing in between.
Menu and hover-over is responsive, but clicking on is not bringing you forward to the specific site.
I did all updates as I thought it might help, but it didn't.did anybody had the same problem occurring?
(this is my thirst report in a forum, so I hope I put this problem in the right forum)
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
