image hover & Collapse row

Hey,
wanted to know if its possible to put an image hover on a title that contains a collapse row.
I need an image hover function for a calendar with the event titles. When you click on it, a row should expand with event text.So far, unfortunately, both functions don't work together?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
