image hover is set above, but sometimes goes under

I have this WIP website: https://vuarchitects.hu/
At the bottom there are project names with hover function.
I set the hover function to show them above all.
On the top half of the links it works well, and at the second half it gets under everything.

mh not sure why but your lines get a z-index.

so they overlap the image

use this css:

.lay-imagehover-on-element{
z-index: 999!important;
}

Enter this css in "lay options" -> "custom css & html" -> "custom css for desktop"
