new row Grid not showing on desktop (works on mobile)

Hi,
I’m trying to add a new grid above an existing one using Lay Theme, but it only shows on mobile. It doesn’t appear on desktop.
To better explain, i want to keep my homepage updated with my latest projects on the top of it but i cannot add a grid on the top of the existing one, it automatically goes in the middle\bottom.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
