Layout Issue in Landscape Mode on Mobile Devices
-
Hi everyone,
I’m using Lay Theme for my WordPress site, and I’ve encountered an issue with the layout when viewing the site on mobile devices, especially when the phone is in landscape mode.
When I rotate the phone to landscape, the layout completely "breaks," with elements overlapping or not aligning properly. I’ve tried adjusting the CSS, but the issue persists.
Is there a way to force the site to display only in portrait mode and prevent it from showing in landscape mode? For example, I’d like to find a plugin that could block the site in landscape mode or show a message asking users to rotate their device back to portrait.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

mmh
how about you increase numbers here:
phone breakpoint to 1000
tablet breakpoint to 1200
maybe?
or even higher
because i think the desktop version of your website is shown on a landscape phone
sorry for the late reply
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
