drop down list at BIlling Details form / payment page

Hello,
i have a problem with the display of the dropdown list for the person's title. Here you can select e.g. 'Ms', 'Mr' etc.. With lay 7.1.0 there was no problem, but after the update to lay 7.6.6 it no longer works.

Does anyone know a workaround?

how did you get this field to show up?

i just noticed that it is generated by the woocommerce-germanized plugin, but you can disable it in the settings. sorry.
