Hover link when browser small

Hey,
when I shrink my browser, its the responsive version of mobile. But links do not hover in a specific colour when my mouse is over them. where can I enable it? I can't find the right option in the menus.

Oh yeah, this will be fixed with the next Lay Theme update.
It seems like the hover states only work in sizes that are bigger than phone.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
