Navigation between project does not follow project order

Hi!
For some weeks navigation between projects does not follow my project order. Although I have rearranged projects in the overview as you show here for several times, this project always positions itself on the top, while the order should follow the one in the "project section" of my home.
Why do you think this is happening?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
