critical error message - cannot log in to website to fix - please help

Hello, looking for help..
My website is showing a critical error message when i try to log in with /wp-admin.
Also the website itself is broken, showing a basic format with no click through.
There might be a plug-in issue, but i'm unable to login to find out - any suggestions?
My other wordpress website with laytheme is working fine.
I spoke to my website hosting service and they couldn't help.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
