download ftp-link will be redirected to main page

Hi Armin,

it was always possible for me uploading a zip via ftp in a folder like "www.domain.com/data/zip.zip".
With laytheme it is still possible of course, but I can't download the zip after copying the link into the url-bar.
Instead of opening the download my site is redirecting to my main page "www.domain.com".

I like the fact, the site is redirecting if a user has a typo or wants to open a dead-page,
but I would also like using my simple uploading and downloading process without any username and pw again.

Is there any way my site could act in "old" behaviour? Or am I missing something?

Hi Kai,
I just tried it and do not have the problem.

Did you make sure that the data folder is in the root level of your Wordpress folder?

It actually should not be affected by Laytheme.

Can you provide us with an example?
