"Add font" button is missing

I've uploaded a webfont (Montserrat) via the "link" option. It's neither showing up in my text-format options nor do I have the chance to upload another font because the "Add font" button is now missing on my webfont-page. Any ideas?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
