Why is addon slider not working on phone?

Hi, I've created separate phone layouts in Gridder and for some reason the ADDON SLIDER is not at all activated on phone, even though it states it is. I've been through the settings and it is just not working. I use the fade effect rather than slider, but it's just not active. Please may someone help me?

Hi Marius,
Thank you so much for getting back to me despite being just a beginner, I've read your link several times and that there is an "option" of "always switching it off for phone view". So it should be possible to get it working, right?

I now use the carousel option instead on phone as a work-around...my site will go live with that tomorrow. But still keen to understand why the addon full screen slider didn't work at all on phone?

Hi Jenny :-)

The Fullscreen Slider should work. Probably you missed to check a box in the settings connected to Custom phone layouts or something. Best is to play around with it. You can also activate phone layouts within a project. It is a little phone icon on the top right of the Gridder.

It is difficult to guess without looking inside of your Wordpress.

But I am happy you solved it via the carousel.
