can't post images

hey there,
I just got the theme and I already love it. But there's a problem:When I want to edit a project I can't add images. When I click on "+Image" I just see a white box appearing but I can't see and add my files which I have in my WP installation.
I can add text and video though.
Any help?here's a screenshot:
I did the update for the theme already.
Tried it with Safari 11.0 and Firefox 56.0.2I would appreciate any help.

oh, figured it out. had to disable Jetpack.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
