Personal icons in menu bar

I want to put a personal SVG icon I've designed for "mail". The SVG file is in my computer so local. Is it possible?

But, my personnal SVG icon must be in the menu bar on the right side,
not in the site title. Is there another way to make it happen?

To explain more specifically:
I go in appearance -> menus and then Links
Here you can put a web links, but not a local SVG file
