Html Elements in Site Title
-
Dear all, I want to bolden just the first two words of the site title, e.g.
Lorem Ipsum Design
In the customizer the b & span tags show correctly but it seems they are escaped after saving. Thus the final title looks like
<b>Lorem Ipsum</b> Design
Any chance to change that? Thus people could also add dynamic logos etc. themselves without the need to add a child theme and overwrite the title;
Thanks for any hints and help, your theme (esp. the backend editor) is gold! -
Hi @dkgrieshammer
you are right. It shows in the Customizer preview but not on the final page.We have a look into that!
All the best!

I'm having this issue too. @mariusjopen is there a fix to this?

Dear @annietaylorhall
there is not a fix yet. but we wrote it down.if it is very urgent and cannot wait you could do that with jQuery.
Hope that helps :-D
Best!
Marius
