Standard Fonts

If I upload my own fonts, they will always show on the desktop and mobile version.
If I chose Helvetica Neue from the list of preinstalled fonts, it won't show on an Android device. I looked into the code and it seems as if it's only suggesting a "sans serif" font.
What if I want to have Helvetica Neue on Android aswell? Do I need to upload it myself to the fonts?

Yeah only macs have that font by default.
