Gallery - Overview Grid AND Project Overview Grid

Hello,
is there a possibility to show a Grid of Photo-Projects (Africa, Alaska, Europe)
and after clicking on one special Project (for example Alasca)
you see another grid- showing the whole Alasca- photostory in one view as Thumbnails.
For sure these thumbnails should be clickable as well, to join them as big pictures, with the advantage to start swiping in the middle of a Project.

Hi @Peter111

there is not an option to paste many images at once like in the Thumbnail-Gridder.

But what you can do is to create a project for each country (Alasca).
And then place the images in there in a grid manually.
And THEN use the Lightbox plugin for the swiping.

Well, it doesn't really make sense to me to use the carousel. Since the Lightbox is doing exactly what @Peter111 asked for.

You click on an image. And a slideshow pops up.

The reason I am asking is, because I only have the carousel installed :) basically there isn't that big of a difference is it? I was just wondering if it would work as I had the same question as peter111.

there actually is a difference.

The carousel is just a slider with images, texts and videos.

The lightbox is opening an image as a kind of pop-up and you can navigate through all the images of the page.
