Front Page option Missing + Project Thumbnail not function

Hello There.
I just installed Laytheme for my website. But when I try to upload a Project thumbnail picture, the page remain empty(doesn't not load the functions of uploading); When I go to lay option, I couldn't find the Front page option either. I didn't test further but it seems like it not working properly at the moment.
I had trouble to log-in into the WP ADMIN in the beginning after I brought my domain. At first I was linked to the WP ADMIN after I paid etc, then I directly installed Laytheme. But after that I realise I actually had a log-in problem so the web host helped me with a new log-in. After that I start to edit the site with Laytheme, then i realise those problems. I don't know if that has to do with my log-in problem happened in the middle, so it might not installed properly.
Not sure what to do here, can I re-instal my theme again?
Please advice!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
