Carousel Caption not visible

Hey Armin,
I have a problem with the Carousel Addon. I can create a caption in the gridder, but it won't show up on the frontend of my site.
What can I make to make it visible?I'm using the recent Lay Theme version (2.1.1), as well as the Carousel Version (1.2.4).

Hey thanks for reporting this! I see it is a new bug. Sorry! There is a carousel update now that fixes this.

Hey, I have the same problem. I have laytheme versions and I do not have such a carusel option.

carousel caption not showing on my frontend (does show in backend), no problems with captions for individual images, so workaround is to add carousel caption to every individual image… -

yes. In the carousel you need to add the captions manually.
It does not take the original image captions.I wrote that down for the future.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
