Anchor Scrolling Menu

Hi everyone!
I would like to create a onepager that has a menu that works with smooth scrolling and anchorpoints, as described in the post above.
Is that in any way possible?Also, the site i'm thinking of works with simple parallax. Would that still be possible with the anchor point scrolling?

yes. Anchors are not a problem.If you want to link to subpages with the anchor I recommend to have a look here:

PS: Parallax has nothing to do with that. So, yes. It should work,

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
