The option hide menu bar when scroll down doesn't works with the update

Hi @mariusjopen. I'm using safari. The menu hides when scroll down, but the bar doesn't in safari.

With google chrome the menu bar doesn't hide as well!

I have another problem, I make changes in the principal page adding projects and another things the I upload but in the webpage I can't see it. In the editor I have the new projects but not in the website.

That is a generalized error, or only mine?

I'm trying to see with all the browsers that I can and nothing of them I can see the changes.

Yes, I noticed that "WP REST API Cache" pluggin was the problem. When this is not active all works fine!
