Sticky footer issue (mobile)
-
Have a sticky footer on a quasi-empty contact detail page, which works fine on desktop, but on mobile is pushed out of the viewport (with scroll) by the menu bar.
Am using a desktop style menu bar for mobile (no burger). If I hide the menu bar on mobile (through Appearance > Customize > etc.), the sticky footer is in the right place…
Is there a fix for this?

Managed to (temporarily?) work around this issue by adding to custom css for mobile version:
body {padding-top: 0}
-> deleting menu bar height value automatically set as padding-top on body#main-region {padding-top: [menu bar height value]}
-> adding it to main region instead -
Dear @bro
Can you post a link to our website?
Then we can have a look and inspect that.But if it works now – the problem is solved, right?
Let me know!
Best!

Website is in maintenance mode still, so can't post the link. But yes, the workaround solves the problem.
I’ll be sure to post you the link to the website when it goes online, for inspection.
Best, Bas

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
