Can't update Lay :(

hey guys, sorry if this a dumb question but i cant work out how to update to the new version of lay theme.
In wordpress i get the message Lay Theme 2.5.5 is available. Please update now... so I click on "please update now" it takes me to the wordpress updates page, where i can update themes and plugins, however i dont see any options to update Lay here, seems like a dead end. Please can you offer me some guidance ? -

@Shaun-Bass I just posted the same issue! Also suddenly half of my javascript stopped working, I don't know if it's connected in any way.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
